What is needed

Zlac went and posted what seemed to be where the malls are, but isn't.

What I've asked him for and am asking you ALL, is, to go and find us some "cool" places around the game to have the malls in. When searching, think of how all the wow emu kids basically log in, rush to 80 and then raid BT and Hyjal and the Sunwell. They MISS 90% of the game. So, I want to put the malls in places that only old school people will remember. Those of us who who have been around for some time so know where these places are, but they will go "ooooo, woah! Where is this?"

The other thing is the npc's themselves for the vendors. Instead of 1 id for every vendor like all the other servers do, I want groupings. If you pick, say, the tron like npc's with the blue and pink lights on them , list a couple of npc's from that area. If you pick some gnomerang gnomes, grab a few different looks from in there. I want to group the different vendors that are similar together.

I want all the proffession trainers to look like they all came from the same town. All the sword vendors to look like they came from the same town...etc

In light of this, I'm giving everyone 'q' acess ingame. This will allow you to do .recall port You can do .recall to get a list of what you can do. All recall spots will also be removed when we go live.

Won't be 3.1.0 for a while, can you remember when people were on 2.4.3 and patching up to Woltk, took quiet a while to work out the kinks

and, 3.1.0 conatins a lot of bugs that the blizzard team is currently sturggling with, a lot of graphical issues with the new improved graphics.

The Airstrip would be nice. that or that open space above Stormwind. The big, endless, expanse.

And I want to know what 3.1.0 looks like too. Graphic nerds should stick together. XD

I'll check them later. post screenshots of the area and the map so i can go see for myself. I won't be around today. My computer is telling me I cannot delete files and cannot move files, so, it's time to reformat. Somehow in the last few months my .net got all screwedup. It's to the point now where I cannot even uninstall it. So, maybe by tonight I'll be around, but if not, see you tommorrow.

I agree. Its very open, empty, and the areas that do have objects could very easily be incorporated in the mall.

Didn't Iron Forge have some hidden vault under the throne room? Unless it was remove I vote that area. I also recommend checking out that island where warrior's get zerk stance (I met Doodah there lol). It would be a cool place, or we could borrow an instance
